This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 27 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas as well two applications being application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, filed by the petitioner and application for rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code filed by the opposite parties in connection with such suit. 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 2 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, to dispose of the two interlocutory applications being the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code filed by the petitioner and the application under Order 7 of Rule 11 of the Code filed by the opposite parties as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4.
