Learned State Counsel submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time, as during the last eight years, election for re-constituting Committee of Management must have been held. 5. Mr. Anil Kumar Joshi, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that he has lost contact with his client and he is not aware as to whether elections have been held or not. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation, if election has not been held so far. Representation, if made within ten days, shall be decided, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter.
