Case No. 276 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 111, 317(4), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 318(4), 340(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate-IX, Ranchi is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and has been roped into the case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused from whom three stolen motorcycles were seized. Save and except confessional statement of the co- accused, there is no other material against him. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
