However, learned A.C. to G.A.-V as well as Mr. Shubham Mayank, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 are present. In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent no. 4 to institute a First Information Report against the respondent nos. 5 and 6. It appears from the counter affidavit filed by the respondent nos. 3 and 4 that a sanha was entered with respect to a dispute between the petitioner and the respondent nos. 5 and 6 and consequently a joint compromise was effected and a joint compromise petition was also filed before the learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga on 27.04.2024. However, after one year of the compromise the petitioner had submitted an application before Kuru P.S. that he is receiving threats from the respondent nos. 5 and 6. Accordingly, the respondent no. 4 had taken proper steps on the application of the petitioner and sent the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga under the provisions of Section 174 of the B.N.S.S. It has been averred that as soon as the respondent nos. 4 will receive any order or direction issued by the learned court below necessary and proper steps will be taken. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer made by the writ petitioner in this writ application and consequently the same stands dismissed.
