The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case No.46 of 2023, for the alleged offences registered under Section 364 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the lady, who has gone along with this petitioner, was a married lady and the allegation of establishing relationship was with effect 29.03.2020 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 28.01.2023 i.e. after three years. He further submits that both have solemnized the marriage. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of 2026:JHHC:1625 --2-- A.B.A. No. 276 of 2026 taking away the said woman. 5. In the FIR itself it is stated that the said lady was married and the FIR has been lodged by the father of the said lady and that allegation is of 29.03.2020 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 28.01.2023 and the married lady has come into relationship with this petitioner, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Jasidih P.S.
