The applicants-petitioners have stated that they are shareholders of Kurua Samabay Samittee Ltd. 3. The instant application is preferred by the applicants-petitioners seeking impleadment of the following authority – ‘the Chairman, Kurua Samabay Samittee Ltd., represented by Moinul Haque, P.S.-Sipajhar, P.O.-Sanowa, Mangaldoi, Darrang, Assam, PIN-784145’ as party-respondent no. 6 in the accompanying writ petition. 4.
