No.16265 of 2023 O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to pay a compensation of Rs.20,00,000/- for the death of the third petitioner's husband namely Pon Irulappan S/o.Paramasivam, aged about 32 years, in view of the petitioners' representation dated 21.04.2023 within the stipulated time. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have already sent a representation on 21.04.2023 seeking to pay a compensation of Rs.20,00,000/- for the death of the third petitioner's husband namely Pon Irulappan S/o.Paramasivam, aged about 32 years. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioners have filed this Writ Petition. 3.
