The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 138/2025(N), registered under sections 21(b) of NDPS Act, Corresponding to NDPS Case No. 116/2025, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (NDPS) at Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that 05.01 gram brown sugar alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the quantity of recovery is intermediary. He next submits that co-accused namely, Asfaque Ansari, from whose possession 14.11 grams brown sugar has been recovered, has already been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 10517 of 2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 20 of the petition and he is in custody since 08.06.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that from the possession of the petitioner said recovery has ( 2026:JHHC:975 ) 2 been made. 5. Considering that quantity of recovery made from the petitioner is intermediary, co-accused has been granted regular bail in the aforesaid B.A and petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS) at Ranchi, in connection with Lower Bazar P.S.
