ORDER:

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that this Writ Petition may be closed by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Trial Court where the suit in O.S.No.88 of 2019 is pending to explore his grievance in respect of the order passed in I.A.No. 287 of 2019 in O.S.No.88 of 2019 on the file of Junior Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rayadurg.
2. This petition is filed seeking police aid in implementation of injunction
order passed in the said petition in I.A.No.287 of 2019 in O.S.No.88 of 2019 for violation of the injunction order, the petitioners can approach the same court under Order XXXIX Rule 2 A of Code of Civil Procedure.
3. Recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the court concerned, if they have no grievance in respect of implementation of the order passed in I.A.No.287 of 2019 in O.S.No.88 of 2019 on the file of Junior Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rayadurg. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. ___________________
