However, the question of illegal and unlawful high tension wires which pose a risk to life and limb be considered by the WBSEDCL. In such circumstances, WPA 18845 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the WBSEDCL to consider the grievance of the petitioner insofar as the high tension electricity lines are concerned which are situated outside the subject premises.
