The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 127 of 2025 arising out of Rail (Ranchi) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025(N). The petitioner was apprehended from a train and from his trolley bag, 16 Kg. of Ganja was recovered. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 15.06.2026. Regard being had to the intermediary quantity of Ganja recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi in connection with NDPS Case No. 127 of 2025 arising out of Rail (Ranchi) P.S.
