1. In terms of the order dated 6th April, 2026, matter is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner, State respondents and respondent nos.5,6,8 and 9.
2. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has placed before this Court one undated communication of the Inspector-in-Charge, Bolpur Police Station, Birbhum and same is taken on record. Copies of the said communication filed today on behalf of the State respondents are made over to the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the private respondents.
3. It is disclosed in the communication filed today that supplementary charge-sheet in connection with Bolpur P.S. Case No.380 of 2023 dated 15th September, 2023
[2] being Charge-sheet No.101 of 2026 dated 10th April, 2026 was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate on concluding investigation.
4. In view of filing of supplementary charge-sheet as disclosed in the communication which is filed today, no further order need be passed on this writ petition.
5. Writ petition sands disposed of.
6. However, parties shall be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate, if occasion so arises in future.
