1. By this petition, the petitioner herein alleges non compliance of order passed by this court on 14.01.2025, whereby the petition was disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner.
2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, wherein, it is stated that the Camp Commandant TRT Purkhoo vide his letter dated 15.04.2026 has reported availability of suitable quarter in favour of the petitioner, taking into account the medical grounds of the wife of the petitioner.
3. Respondents herein are, however, directed to allot Flat No.30, Block- E, Purkhoo Camp to the petitioner, provided there is no legal impediment.
4. Respondents, herein, have complied with the order passed by this court on 14.01.2025. The contempt proceedings are, therefore, closed.
