Case No.216/2026 under Sections 87/74/75(2) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 8 of POCSO Act, 2012. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet in the same case has already been filed vide Charge-Sheet No.381/2026 dated 29.06.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he should be allowed to approach the appropriate Court for appropriate remedy.
