(3) Learned Counsel for the respondents apprised the Court that the term of Chairman, who was elected in 2019, came to an end in 2024 and thereafter re-elections were held in August, 2025. Thus it is contended that after re- election for the O/o Chairman, Zila Panchayat, Dehradun, the relief as claimed in this writ petition do not survive. (4) This Court finds substance in the submission made by learned Counsel for the respondents. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
