Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and would strongly oppose to grant anticipatory bail application of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has got seven previous cases out of which, three cases registered under theft offences and two cases registered under the Narcotic Drugs offences. 5. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials available on record. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.6575 of 2026 6. From the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is clear that whenever this Court has granted bail to the petitioner, he has misused the liberty, subverted the course of justice, which inexorably forced to dismiss this application, as the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 13.03.2026 ssi To: 1.The Inspector of Police, T-12, Poonamallee Police Station, Chennai. 2.The Public Prosecutor, High Court of Madras.
