Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court for the following main reliefs: (i) “That the impugned order dated 10.02.2026 whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be transferred to Development Block Nagrota Surian, District Kangra, H.P may kindly be quahsed and set aside; (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner of his transfer in SC Section Bhuntar, District Kullu, H.P. or in alternative he may kindly be allowed to join at Circle Jalog, Development Block 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Basantpur, District Shimla, HP as per transfer order dated 03.01.2026 keeping in view of his adverse family circumstances and keeping in view the fact that he is left less than 2 years for his superannuation.” 2. In the post-lunch session, the learned Assistant Advocate General had placed on record a copy of notification dated 13.02.2026, issued under the signature of the Deputy Secretary (Agr.) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, whereby the present petitioner has been ordered to be adjusted at SC Section, Bhuntar, under SDSCO Kullu, District Kullu, against a vacant post. 3. Since the petitioner had sought his adjustment in District Kullu and respondent No.2/ Director (Agriculture), H.P, has adjusted him at SC Section, Bhuntar, under SDSCO Kullu, District Kullu, the present petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4.
