Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved that his application for transfer was rejected. 4. However, since a long period of time has elapsed since rejection on 2022, petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh application to the school authorities by April 30, 2026. 5. School authorities will consider the same and if found eligible, will forward the application of the petitioner to the concerned D.I. by May 31, 2026. 2 6. Since the ‘Utsashree Portal’ is suspended, the application will be made in the offline mode and be considered by the school and other authorities in the offline mode. 7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.
