Ms. Shrutika Chauhan, learned vice counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned vice counsel for the respondent-Corporation has placed on record an office letter dated 17.04.2026 from the Regional Manager, HRTC, and on that basis, submits that due and admissible Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity stands paid to the petitioner. That only leave encashment & interest on account of the delayed payment of retiral benefits remain to be paid to the petitioner. Learned vice counsel further submits that the amount to be paid to the petitioner shall be 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 released in his favour within three weeks from today, i.e., on or before 12.06.2026. 2. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions, the present petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents to adhere to the assurance extended through their learned counsel and to discharge their remaining financial liability towards the petitioner on or before 12.06.2026.
