The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tisra P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 326, 324, 303(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are made that 80-100 named people came to Devprabha Mining and Infra Pvt. Ltd. and made hooliganism and certain property has been put on fire. He next submits that the petitioners were agitating with regard to raiyati land, upon which, illegally mining debris was dumped. He further submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-25 of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of hooliganism on the premises of the company. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it is apparent that there is allegation against 80-100 named people of indulging in such hooliganism and further there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and the petitioners are said to be the raiyats, where the Devprabha Mining and Infra Pvt. Ltd. was dumping the mining debris. In that view of the matter, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
