Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 13.05.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, and a copy of office order dated 08.04.2026, passed by the Dy. Director School Education (Ele.), Chamba, Distt. Chamba, H.P. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order dated 08.04.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been granted the higher pay scale after completion of two years of regular service, i.e. ₹40,100/- Level-9, Cell-5, subject to the final outcome of the LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma’s case. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 16.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.19711 of 2025, titled, Nisha Kumari vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, which is sought to be executed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
