Mr. Abhyuday Tripathi, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/ respondents No. 1 to 4 would submit that respondent No. 6 was in charge of Hostel Superintendent of Kasturba Gandhi Girl Awasi School, Chartkhar, Tehsil Mungeli. He would submit that when respondent 6 went on leave, respondent No. 4 handed over charge of said hostel to the respondent No. 5 and against said order/decision of respondent No. 4, this petition has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that the respondent No. 5 is junior to the petitioner as she was appointed in the year 2011, whereas the petitioner was appointed in the year 1998. It is contended by Mr. Abhyuday Tripathi that the said order/decision whereby charge of hostel was handed to the respondent No. 5, has already been cancelled and charge of hostel has again been handed over to the respondent No. 6. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was aggrieved with the order/decision taken by respondent No. 4, whereby the charge of hostel was handed over to the respondent No. 5, who is admittedly junior to the petitioner and subsequently the said order has been cancelled, therefore, in my opinion, nothing survives for adjudication into the matter.
