Accordingly, the Tahasildar, Boudh (O.P.No.3) is directed to consider the prayer of the Petitioner before proceeding for eviction, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 4. Till such decision is taken by the Tahasildar, Boudh, the Petitioner may not be evicted from the case land.
