This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Mokbul Hussain, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Page No.# 2/2 Agomoni P.S Case No. 157/2025 registered under Sections 329(3)/331/308(2)/132/124/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Agomoni P.S Case No.157/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No.137/2025, dated 15.12.2025. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for his regular bail in said Agomoni P.S Case No. 157/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 137/2025, dated 15.12.2025. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioner may be extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling him to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with a regular bail application.
