ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are before this Court, seeking the following prayers:
"a) Direct the learned III Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Anekal to first consider and pass orders on the B-Report dated 24.07.2023 in Crime No.201/2021 in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. b) Direct that until such consideration, no further proceedings shall be taken on the Protest petition filed in the said crime. c) Pass such other orders or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Heard Sri.Srikanth V.K, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri.Anoop Kumar, learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record.
3. The petitioners – accused Nos.1 and 2 get embroiled in a crime in Crime No.201/2021. The police after investigation, file a ‘B’ report. The concerned Court for the last 3 years has gone on adjourning the matter on consideration of the ‘B’ report. Therefore, the petitioners are before the Court

seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of the proceedings on consideration of the ‘B’ report.
4. In the light of the prayer being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to pass necessary orders upon the ‘B’ report and take the proceedings to its logical conclusion within an outer limit of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier, in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands
disposed.
