The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.379 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 331 (4) & 305 (a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2025 without any rhymes and reasons where he has falsely implicated only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. The petitioner has not been identified in the T.I.P. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted the manner of implication of the present petitioner in 2026:JHHC:5686 2 this case. It appears that the petitioner has been alleged to be involved in the commission of theft in the house of the informant during his absence of Rs. 30,000/- cash, 3 gold rings, 2 gold earrings and a silver necklace. The petitioner’s name has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and nothing has been recovered. 5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Govindpur P.S.
