The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved that his pensionary and retiral benefits have not been considered by the authorities, particularly the school authorities. 4. The petitioner pursuant to the orders had been continuing his service in the school and retired sometime in 2010. The allegations leveled against the petitioner, which prompted a criminal case to be lodged and proceeded, was ultimately dropped as the petitioner was held “not guilty” by the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rampurhat, sometime in December 2025. 5. The petitioner has retired and is not being granted 2 his retiral benefits including terminal benefits and arrear salary. 6. In view of the fact that the petitioner has been completely discharged and there is no other proceeding pending against him in any Court of Law, I direct the school authorities to immediately forward all requisite papers pertaining to the petitioner to the respondent no. 3 by May 15, 2026. The respondent no. 3 is directed to expedite the matter and after verification of the documents to forward the same to the respondent no. 6 as expeditiously as possible. 7. With these aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.
