Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP.
2. The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No.200 of 2025, registered for offences punishable under Section 310(4) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, which is pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Bokaro.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2025 without any rhymes and reasons. There is allegation that petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons were assembled at the place of occurrence and making plan for committing dacoity and a country made pistol has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find substance in the contentions raised on behalf of petitioner. Therefore,

the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bokaro in connection with Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No.200 of 2025.
