This appeal is directed against the order dated 21.07.2022 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No.1231 of 2022 in Special (N.I.A.) Case No.01 of 2017 arising out of RC Case No.11/2017/NIA/DLI corresponding to Bundu P.S. Case No.65 of 2008, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected. 3. At the outset, Mr. Jitendra Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had turned approver and his evidence has already been recorded. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2017. 4. Mr. Amit Kumar Das, learned Spl.P.P, (NIA) has submitted that the petitioner had turned approver in terms of section 306 of Cr.P.C. and he has been examined, therefore, he does not have any objection to the petitioner being granted bail. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions, especially that of the learned Spl.P.P., NIA., we, while setting aside the order dated ( 2026:JHHC:357-DB ) 21.07.2022 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No.1231 of 2022 in Special (N.I.A.) Case No.01 of 2017 arising out of RC Case No.11/2017/NIA/DLI corresponding to Bundu P.S. Case No.65 of 2008, direct the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner- XVI-cum-Special Judge, NIA, Ranchi. 6.
