No.2 has submitted that Demand Draft of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) has been deposited before the learned Registrar General of this Court in the light of order dated 03.07.2025 passed by this Court. However, the validity of said Demand Draft has been expired. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 shall deposit the said Demand Draft of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) before the learned Court below i.e. S.D.J.M., Pakur. 4. Under the circumstances, the learned counsel for the O.P. 2026:JHHC:2953 2 No. 2 is directed to obtain the said Demand Draft of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand), as deposited before the learned Registrar General and the learned Registrar General is directed to hand over the said Demand Draft dated 17.04.2025 to the learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2. 5. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 is directed to get the said Demand Draft revalidated and the same may be deposited before Mr. Nirmal Kumar Bharti, learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pakur/or his Successor Court in connection with C.C. No. 553 of 2019. 6. The learned S.D.J.M., Pakur is further directed to hand over the said Demand Draft to the Complainant-Petitioner namely, Sushila Devi on or proper identification by filing of such an application before the learned Court below. 7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Registrar General and also to the learned Court below for the needful. 8. Thus, this Cr.M.P.
