WP No. 6984 of 2026 writ petition in favour of the petitioner based on the petitioner’s application dated 12.06.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, having purchased the same under a sale deed dated 14.12.2000. The petitioner claims that she was issued manual patta for the said property, which is also enclosed in this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for issuance of the computerised patta for the very same property. The petitioner had submitted an application on 12.06.2025 with the respondents for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would point out that the computerised patta for the very same property stands in the name of the petitioner’s vendor, which is dated 06.11.2023. Therefore, he would submit that while considering the petitioner’s application, seeking for issuance of computerised patta, the petitioner’s vendor one Janakiraman will have to be put on notice. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s application seeking for issuance of computerised patta is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections if any from Mr.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s application. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s application dated 12.06.2025, seeking for transfer of computerised patta in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to Mr. Janakiraman and after hearing the objections if any from Mr. Janakiraman, the petitioner’s vendor in whose name presently the computerised patta stands. 7.
