At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in this petition is no longer res REKHA SINGH -2- integra and this petition is squarely covered with the judgment passed by this Court in batch of writ petitions leading case of which being WPL No.3 of 2024 parties being Nai Dunia Versus Hemlal Sahu which was decided on 02.05.2024. 3. In the light of the submission made herein-above, this Court is of the opinion that this petition is squarely covered with the judgment rendered by this Court in WPL No.3 of 2024 decided on 02.05.2024 in case of Nai Dunia Versus Hemlal Sahu. 4.
