The present restoration application has been filed aggrieved of order dated 18.07.2024 whereby S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13714/2014 was dismissed for want of prosecution. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, he could not appear on the said date. However, a liberty was granted to the petitioner to move an application for revival of the petition, if any cause of action or grievance survives. Civil Writ Petition No.13714/2014 be restored to its original number. 4. The defects as pointed out in the writ petition be cured within a period of one week. If the same are cured within the stipulated period, let the petition be listed for admission.
