Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilating his grievance by way of representation dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P/7) to the Respondent No. 1, i.e., the Secretary, Department of Transport, Government of Bihar. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 1, i.e., the Secretary, Department of Transport, Government of Bihar to consider the same strictly in accordance with law and Patna High Court CWJC No.1117 of 2026(2) dt.12-03-2026 2/2 pass necessary orders. The authority before passing any order shall put all the interested parties including the petitioner on notice and give them an opportunity of hearing.
