The present petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India assails the Impugned Order dated 13.04.2026, passed by the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi in Miscellaneous Application No. 03 of 2026 in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 289 of 2016, arising out of the Securitisation Application No. 161 of 2016, titled as “Zeta Leather Exports & Ors. vs. State Bank of India”. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/Bank submits that the present petition is being pressed only to the limited extent of challenge to the imposition cost of Rs.5,000/- upon the Bank on account of the alleged misstatement of facts before the Tribunal.
