1. Applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No.319/2023 dated 27.04.2023 registered at P.S. Narela for commission of offences under Sections 307/387/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959 for a period of four weeks in order to take care of his mother, who is to be operated upon.
2. It is noticed that earlier also, the applicant had been granted interim bail for the same very purpose on 31.07.2025, which period was also extended. However, the surgery did not take place during the abovesaid period when the applicant was on interim bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the surgery is now scheduled for 11th instant.

the applicant seeks to withdraw his present application with liberty to file application afresh before the learned Trial Court after his mother undergoes the surgery.

7. Liberty is also granted to the applicant to move appropriate application seeking interim bail before the learned Trial Court after the abovesaid intended surgery so that he can post-surgery meet his mother.
