The applicant has preferred this application under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.247/2025, registered at Police Station – Sarangarh District – Sarangarh- Bilaigarh (C.G.) for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 111, 3(5) of BNS. 2. As per the prosecution story, in brief, is that information received from the Cyber Cell and Bank, the money was transferred from 36 different bank accounts and from different state, in the Bank account VAISHALI LUCKY NAGARIA Digitally signed by VAISHALI LUCKY NAGARIA Date: 2026.05.01 17:39:15 +0530 2 of co-accused namely Amit Kumar. Upon his memorandum statement, complaint has been lodged against the applicant. Hence, this bail application. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that applicant only on the basis of memorandum statement of co-accused, present applicant has falsely implicated in the present case. He also submits that applicant’s name is not mentioned in the FIR. Therefore, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the present applicant. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and submits that applicant has no criminal antecedent but the money was transferred from 36 different Bank accounts from different State, in the bank account of co-accused namely, Amit Kumar and upon his memorandum statement name of the present applicant has surfaced, therefore, applicant is not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, the nature of the dispute, and the material available in the case diary, it transpires that money was transferred from 36 different bank accounts across various States into the account of the co-accused and name of the present applicant has surfaced on the basis of the memorandum statement of the said co-accused, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case to enlarge the applicant on anticipatory bail. 3 7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the applicant– Matiram Suman. filed under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 involved in Crime No.247/2025, registered at Police Station – Sarangarh District – Sarangarh-Bilaigarh (C.G.) for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 111, 3(5) of BNS is rejected.
