[2026:RJ-JP:24742] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 7620/2026 URN: CRLMB / 13888U / 2026 Golu S/o Guliband @ Gulaiband, Aged About 21 Years, R/o Daikwa, Police Station Kotwali, District Sawai Madhopur, Presently R/o Sangramganj Balyagaon, Police Station Indragarh, District Bundi (Raj.). (At Present Confined In District Jail Bundi). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Mukesh Pal Jadoun For Respondent(s) : Ms. Manju Dave, PP Mr. Samarth Sharma HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 03/07/2026 1. The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.191/2024 registered at Police Station Indergarh, District Bundi for offences under Section 140(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that a similarly situated co-accused Pankaj has already been released on bail by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 02.01.2025 despite having undergone an incarceration period of less than 30 days. The case [2026:RJ-JP:24742] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7620/2026] of the petitioner is on better footing. Petitioner is behind the bars since 16.04.2026 without any criminal past. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody and on the ground of parity with other co-accused, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that petitioner had avoided the legal proceedings. It is further submitted that a charge-sheet has been filed under Section 299 CrPC. Therefore, in the event the petitioner is granted bail, stringent conditions should be imposed to ensure his presence during trial and to prevent any interference with the administration of justice. 6. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made on behalf of petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner. 7. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Golu S/o Guliband @ Gulaiband, be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
