1. We have heard Mr. K. Konwar, learned Additional Advocate General, Assam, for the applicants/petitioners/State. We have also heard Mr. M. Islam, learned Advocate for the respondent.
2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed for condonation of the delay of 162 days in filing the connected Review Petition against the Order dated 20.05.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.(C) No. 237/2025 in WA No. 133/2023.
3. Perused the averments made in the application.
4. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the

5. Accordingly, the delay of 162 days in preferring the review petition is condoned and the Interlocutory Application stands allowed and disposed off.
6. Registry to process the connected review petition and, if the same is found defect-free, shall list the same under appropriate heading, preferably on 20.07.2026.
