Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that the said notification has been cancelled and pursuant to a fresh notification issued on 30th June, 2025, the private respondent has emerged as the highest bidder and has been nominated for the purpose mentioned in the notice. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted. 2 Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
