However, on perusal of the Demand Draft, it does not stand in the name of the writ petitioner, but stands in the name of one Sanjeevi Rajan. In these circumstances, the petitioner has to work out his remedy against the third respondent, and such a prayer is not maintainable as against the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
