The suspension order is challenged in this writ petition. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that pending this writ petition, the suspension order has been revoked and the petitioner has been reinstated into service. She has been issued with a charge memo by initiating disciplinary proceedings under Rule 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules.
