The present criminal revision peon has been filed under Secon 438 of the Bharaya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, challenging the order dated 04.11.2025 passed by the learned Addional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, in Criminal Revision No. 44/2024. By the said order, the learned Revisional Court upheld the order dated 25.01.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jagraon, whereby the applicaon filed by the peoner under Secon 356 of the BNSS for summoning Swatantar Gill and Maya Rani as addional accused was dismissed. 2. Counsel for the peoner submits that the complainant- Shalu has expired and the peoner is her legal representave. He further submits that he seeks permission to withdraw the present peon with liberty to file a fresh peon in his capacity as the legal representave of the deceased Shalu. 3. Given above, the present peon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. All pending miscellaneous applicaons, if any, stand disposed of.
