Eleven petitioners (11) are the plaintiffs in a civil suit which they have filed for seeking permanent prohibitory injunction against the respondents No. 1 & 2 as being the contesting defendants before the 2nd Additional Munsiff, Jammu. 2. The court of learned 2nd Additional Munsiff, Jammu, by virtue of an order dated 18.11.2024 has dismissed the temporary injunction application of the petitioners against which the petitioners ventured to file a civil miscellaneous appeal under order XLII Rule 1 (R) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before the 2nd Additional District Judge, Jammu, which has also resulted in failure in terms of an order dated 30.03.2026. 3. Now, the petitioners have stretched themselves to coming to the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh seeking its supervisory jurisdiction but without even bothering to annex a copy Regular List Serial No. 03 2 CM(M) No. 80/2026 of the plaint, written statement as well as memo of appeal in certified form for the sake of perusal of this Court, in the light of which the adjudication made by the courts below came to be carried out. 4. This Court is not meant for the reminder to the learned counsel for the petitioners that the essential pleadings are required to be put up along with petition under article 227 of the Constitution of India and, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant indulgence in the present matter and, therefore, dismisses the same. 5.
