In such view of the matter, learned counsel for petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars, by challenging the appointment of last selected UKHC010131942026 2026:UHC:6730 candidate and to implead him and State as party respondents in the writ petition. 6.
