Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned APP appearing for the State. 2. The petitioners, who were arrested on 07.06.2026, are seeking bail under section 483 of the BNSS in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 184/2026, under section 305(b)/313 of the BNS, 2023. 3. The learned APP has produced the case diary and has opposed the prayer for bail. 4. On a perusal of the case diary, the investigation carried out so far reveals some nexus between the petitioners and the persons who have taken the motorcycles on rent which had gone missing with the GPS installed in both the motorcycles being disabled. 5. Therefore, the case diary prima facie reveals materials against the petitioners of being a part of the gang involved in the theft and disposal of the motorcycles. 6. Accordingly, the court is not inclined to release the petitioners, namely, Md. Ayub Khan and Sri Abhinav Hazarika @ Abhinab Hazarika on bail at this Page No.# 3/3 stage for the interest of investigation. 7. Application stands dismissed. 8. Case diary is returned.
