The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:- “It is therefore respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court would be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition and the opposite party No.4 be directed to submit the report as per letter No. 7700 dated 19.07.2024 and the opposite party No. 3 be directed to dispose of the OLR Case No. 76/2016 filed U/s- 22 of the OLR Act seeking permission to sell out the scheduled land to a non- scheduled caste person in order to meet out the medical need of the petitioner. And any other order(s)/direction(s) as deems fit and proper in the interest of justice be passed. And for this act for your kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 3. The relevant facts that can be seen from the case record are that a report was called for by the Sub-Collector, Sadar, Sambalpur from the CDMO, Sambalpur by letter dated 19.07.2024 in respect Order No. 1. p. 2 of the health status of the petitioner’s daughter. It is submitted that no report has been submitted as yet by the CDMO. As a result, the petitioner, despite a favorable order being passed in his favour, is unable to taste the fruits thereof. 4. The writ petition is therefore, disposed of directing the CDMO, Sambalpur to submit the report as called for by the Sub- Collector by letter dated 19.07.2024 as early as possible, preferably within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. It is needless to mention that once the report is submitted, the proceeding under Section 22 of the OLR Act shall also be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
