The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 429 of 2024, registered under sections 274/275 of the BNS and section 47(a) of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.-IX, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through Video Conferencing submits that petitioner is lady and allegations are made that from the house of this petitioner English liquor of different brand has been recovered. He further submits that the said house is being shared by other family members also. He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 23 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that recovery has been made from the house of this petitioner. 5. Considering that petitioner is lady and it has been pointed out that the said house is being shared by other family members also and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 23 of the petition, ( 2026:JHHC:3177 ) I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C.-IX, Ranchi, in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S.
