'doctrone of promissory estoppel', misfeasance, malfeasance, nonfeasance, colorable exercise of powers and also contrary to the letter and spirit of the provisions of the Trade Union Act besides violative of the Arts.14 & 16 of the Constitution of India; and ii) consequently, set aside the same and also direct the 3rd respondent to allow the petitioner's trade union to be continued in Quarter Nos.DT-1 & 2 as per the allotment vide Proc.No.Se/CC- II/RTPP/T/F/D.No.2997/15, dt.10-11-2015 of the 3rd respondent; and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2015(WPMP 54050 OF 2015 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the Lr.No.SE/CC-II/RTPP/Tech-3/F.(Otrs Sureen)/D.No.3300/15, dt.09-12-2015 issued by the 3rd respondent and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
