No.6789 of 2024 ORDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in connection with Crime No. 159 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent, to some other competent investigation officer, other than the second respondent on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 25.04.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the second respondent on 17.07.2014 with respect to impersonation of the petitioner's father's signature and executed a power of attorney vide Document No.1739/2013 dated 09.05.2013, by the accused persons. In this regard a FIR in Crime No. 159 of 2014 was registered. Even after 11 years, since there is no progress, this Criminal Original Petition is filed. 3.
